Giles Lenton
Giles Lenton started his career in consumer insight in 1980 when he joined CRAM as a Sociology graduate from the London School of Economics. In 1985 he was a founder of Diagnostics where he was Chairman and Joint Managing Director until 2002 when he left to form I&S
Giles lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and two children. In the winter months he is a Rugby Referee for the London Society of Rugby Football Union Referees and in the summer months he is a frustrated fly-fisherman.
Jim Ring
Jim Ring is a researcher, planner and author. His background is in high profile TV and print advertising, including AIDS, Carling and Orange. A former planning director of TBWA and WCRS, he wrote the Financial Times' standard textbook on advertising - Advertising on Trial (1994).
He has also published a number of other books including a biography of Erskine Childers (1996), How the English made the Alps (2000), We come Unseen (2001) and Riviera (2004)
Craig Barnwell
Craig Barnwell is a founder of Market Evolution, the online research and consultancy company with a focus on understanding industry sectors and business challenges from the viewpoint of the customer. Formerly a consultant to Strategy and Marketing Directors of a number of national newspapers, with a background of business to business and consumer research at IFF Research LTD, Craig escaped from a Law degree to enter the more interesting world of the consumer.
Craig enjoys good football, and also avidly supports Coventry City.
